Trend setter in Tollywood Ram Gopal Varma the man of words who leaves no stone unturned for his film promotions now announced to build a new film industry in Karimnagar, Telangana. RGV who is known for his eccentric behaviour always likes to be the talk of the town.

He is planning for a seminar in Satavahana University in Karimnagar on November 18th for sense of awareness among the people around there about movies. In this meeting he is going to speak about how to start a film industry, making films and releasing them without a notice to anyone in Hyderabad film industry and other related areas.
