Story : 

Pra Cash (Nani) is a happy go guy who yearns of  becoming  rich by earning 1 crore.Noor (Catherine Tersa)a neighbour muslim girl has feelings for Pra Cash.Sweety (Siddhaka Sharma) daughter of a rich politician Sanyasi (Charan Raj) comes in between Noor and Pracash.Pra Cash plans to become rich by succoring her.As this is on,Noor accpets to tie knock with a Dubai Shaik to let her family free from financial troubles.Realizing his love towards Noor, Pra Cash gets a way with the Noor in a car. Incidentally, the car has sum of 50 crores of money belonging to Sanyasi lied in it, which is received through Hawala.Police and goons will be after Pra Cash.Can Pra Cash get away from them ? What Happens Next forms the rest of the tale.

Performances :

Nani once again proves that he is natural performer, he is simply at his best and suits the role well. Catherine Tersa looks promising and Siddhaka Sharma adds weight to the film with her sizzling looks. Bharath Reddy,Duvvasi Mohan and Raja Ravidra are ok and Charan Raj is back again and effective.

Technicalities :

Sai Karthik’s Music is good and Back ground score is impressive.We couldn’t find the typical Krishna Vamsi’s mark in the film and dialogues are ok. Cinematography fails to impress and Editing could have been even better.Production values by yellow flowers are lavish and Action Sequences are good.

Paisa is a socio drama with less entertainment coefficient and poor technical values , Nani’s Natural performance and Siddika Sharma;s glamour are the only assets .
