What is in Aata Arrambham ?

Sanjay (Rana) is a tough cop who gets killed in an encounter with terrorists due to the poor quality bullet proof jacket. His friend Ashok Kumar (Ajith) traces out the truth behind it and makes it his main mission to dig out the people behind the mafia. The serial blasts take place at Mumbai later  for which the suspended cop Ashok stands as the main culprit. Ashok chases the truth with help of Hacker along with Maya (Nayanatara) and finally takes the  revenge over his friend’s death.

Analyzing Aata Arrambham:

Poor dubbing values killed the movie. Sreenivas Murthy who lends his voice for Surya in his telugu movies failed to convince the audience  in case of Ajith.  Hero Vishal’s dubbing for Arya is a big minus.  The makers should  have taken more care in dubbing aspects. Excepting a couple of songs, the others were spoiled due to bad lyrics. Yuvan Shankar Raja background music is a big asset for this flick.

Artists Progress Report :

• Ajith is the only thing holding the film together. He has become somewhat of an expert with his bad guy portrayal. It is the only thing that serves to keep the audience on the edge. Ajith continues with his lucky Salt and Pepper look for this flick.

• Vishnuvardhan has the knack of potryaing his heroes in a stylish manner. This has worked  very well for Ajith Kumar.

• Arya’s guy next door is very honest and sincere. He is also the only comic relief in this movie.

• Rana Daggubati shone in his short-lived performance.

• Nayanatara manages to impress with serious character of substance. Tapsee was there for name sake.

• Kishore proved once again why he is expert at the playing cop.

Box-Office Verdict :

Telangana issue might effect the overall box-office collections over the movie .

February is a month that is not fair for the film releases.Generally we don’t see many film outings except one or two.But,Feb 2014 is surrounded with plenty of biggies and even few small budget films are also making an eye for February release. Young Rebel Star Prabhas has scored a blockbuster in  February  with “Mirchi” this year and Naga Chaitanya also capitalized the February month in 2010 with Ye Maya Chesave and scored a decent hit.

Nandamuri Bala Krishna’s “Legend”, Allu Arjun’s “Racegurram”,Sai Dharma Teja’s “Rey” are currently scheduled for Feb 2014 release. Makers of Sekhar Kamula’s “Anamika” are also eyeing on the same month.Apart from these regular Telugu films,dubbed versions of tamil flicks “Viswaroopam 2″,Ajith’s “Veeram” and Vijay’s “Zilla” are also landing in the same month.

As March releases will get less number of audience turn out to theaters with exam season,many biggies are in hurry to get there film hit the screens in the month of February. Let’s wait and see how many films stands in the final race and wins.

B.Gopal who is noted for his commercial successful films like ‘Samarasimha Reddy’, ‘Narasimha Reddy’ and ‘Indra” is wielding the Megaphone for this project. It was reportedly known that this bilingual film has wrapped up 40 % of its shooting schedules which includes two songs. Amidst these, we also heard news of another multistarrer that will see Superstar Krishna, Victory Venkatesh and Mega Powerstar Ram Charan share screen space.

Krishna Vamsi’s proposed multi-starrer project, will see Venky and Ram Charan playing the lead roles. Blockbuster producer Bandla Ganesh will be producing this film. The latest buzz surrounding the movie is that, Venky and Cherry will reunite with their lucky heroines. Kajal and Nayanatara are being touted to play the female leads for this movie.

The Venky-Nayanatara pair scored two hits already with ‘Lakshmi’ and ‘Tulasi’.
