Legendary Director, Actor, Producer, Screen Writer and 9 times National award winner -  Padmasree, Dada Saheba Phalke awardee “K Balachander(84)” garu has passed away today(23/12/2014). From past few days his health condition was not so good and he is suffering from Illness.Today he has taken his last breath at Kauvery hospital, Chennai. K Balachander considered as one of the greatest Indian Film Director and had produced many artists like Rajnikanth, Kamal Hassan, Prakash Raj and many other.

K Balachander has directed straight Telugu movies likes Bale Kodalu (1968), Bomma Borusa (1971), Anthuleni Katha(1976), Maro Charitra(1978), Guppedu Manasu(1979), Rudraveena(1988) with Mega Star Chiranjeevi. This legendary director had directed in many Indian languages like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi. Its a greatest loss to the entire Film Industry and here Strikingsoon conveying deepest condolences to their family.
